Terms and Conditions for SVG File Usage

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics) files ("Designs") provided by Boba and Bear LLC (bobaandbear.com).

License Grant

Upon download or receipt, Boba and Bear LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Designs for personal and commercial projects with the following conditions.

Permitted Uses

You are permitted to use the Designs for creating physical end products such as T-shirts, mugs, cards, etc., for personal use or for sale.

The Designs may be modified to suit your projects.

Prohibited Uses

You may not redistribute, resell, lease, license, sublicense, or offer files downloaded from Boba and Bear LLC to any third party “as is” or as a part of any other collection of digital or printed materials.

The Designs cannot be used in a logo, trademark, or service mark.

Digital reproduction in non-physical form is not allowed (e.g., not allowed to be used in digital format on websites or platforms for download).

Intellectual Property Rights

All Designs are the intellectual property of Boba and Bear LLC and are protected by copyright laws.

The sale of the Designs does not transfer intellectual property rights of the Design to the buyer.

Limitation of Liability

Boba and Bear LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Designs.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Boba and Bear LLC from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Designs.

Termination:

The license rights granted under these Terms and Conditions shall terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition. Upon termination, you must stop all use of the Designs and delete or destroy any copies.

Modification of Terms

Boba and Bear LLC reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Wisconsin, USA.
